We are looking for an experienced Workday Developer / Workday Consultant to support and enhance our HR, Finance, and Payroll functions within the Workday ecosystem.
The ideal candidate has strong Workday configuration skills, integration experience, and the ability to collaborate effectively with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders.

You will be responsible for building scalable solutions, optimizing existing Workday processes, and ensuring smooth system operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesWorkday Configuration & Support

  • Configure and maintain Workday modules such as HCM, Core HR, Payroll, Recruiting, Absence, Time Tracking, Talent, or others.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Workday issues (Tier 2/Tier 3 support).
  • Perform Workday Release Management, regression testing, and impact analysis.
  • Ensure accurate documentation, change logs, and system configuration records.

Integrations & Reporting

  • Build and maintain integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, PECI, and REST or SOAP APIs.
  • Create and maintain advanced Workday reports: Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and BIRT.
  • Monitor integration performance and address failures.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to gather business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into technical Workday solutions.
  • Improve system workflows, automations, and end-user experiences.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years hands-on Workday experience (configuration and integrations).
  • Strong knowledge of Workday tools: EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, Reports.
  • Experience supporting at least one major module (HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, Finance, Absence, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of Workday business processes, security groups, and data structures.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Workday certifications (any module).
  • Experience with Workday Security or Workday Prism Analytics.
  • Experience supporting global HR or Finance systems.
  • Familiarity with BIRT or other report-writing tools.
  • Experience with testing automation tools for Workday.
