Workday Analyst (Illuminate / Workday AI)

We are hiring a Workday Analyst with strong experience in Workday AI capabilities, including Illuminate. The role involves working directly with business users to design, implement, and optimize Workday solutions across HCM, SCM, and Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Enable and roll out Workday AI/Illuminate features
• Gather business requirements and design scalable solutions
• Implement enhancements, new modules, and system upgrades
• Support HCM, SCM, and Finance optimizations and deployments
• Manage change control, security, and production migrations
• Handle ServiceNow tickets and collaborate with change management teams
• Participate in on-call rotation for high-priority issues

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience across Workday HCM, SCM & Finance
• Strong technical and functional knowledge of Workday processes
• Experience with AI-driven solutions, especially Workday Illuminate
• Bachelor’s degree (CA preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹2,201,920.99 - ₹4,071,636.94 per year
