Workday Integration

• Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio
• Support full integration lifecycle: requirements gathering, design, build, testing, deployment, and maintenance
• Troubleshoot integration issues, monitor integration dashboards, and ensure timely resolution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand integration requirements
• Create and optimize calculated fields, custom reports, and data transformations
• Ensure integration security and compliance with company standards
• Support Workday releases, regression testing, and new feature enablement
• Maintain technical documentation for integrations and related processes

Required Skills & Experience:

• Hands-on Workday Integration experience
• Strong expertise in Workday EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, PECI/PICOF
• Good understanding of Workday data structures, business processes, and reporting
• Strong knowledge of XML, XSLT, APIs (REST/SOAP), and related technologies
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
• Workday Integration or Studio Certification preferred
