Workday Security Senior Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Workday Security Consultant with extensive experience in Workday Security Administration, Workday HCM, and QA Testing. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in designing, configuring, testing, and validating Workday security to ensure secure, compliant, and high-quality enterprise implementations. The candidate will work closely with functional, technical, and QA teams in a client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Workday Security Administration across Workday HCM modules.
• Design, configure, and maintain Workday Security Framework, including:
• Domain Security Policies
• Business Process Framework (BPF) Security
• Role-Based, User-Based, and Unconstrained Security Groups
• Perform end-to-end QA testing of Workday security configurations, including access validation and regression testing.
• Support UAT cycles, defect analysis, resolution, and retesting related to security.
• Manage security activities during Workday releases, tenant refreshes, and deployments.
• Conduct access reviews, audit support, and compliance validation (SOX, GDPR, internal controls).
• Collaborate with Workday HCM functional teams to ensure security aligns with business processes.
• Prepare and maintain security documentation, test cases, audit evidence, and control reports.
• Act as a subject matter expert for Workday security best practices and governance.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

• 9+ years of total experience, with strong hands-on exposure to Workday Security.
• Mandatory experience in:
• Workday Security Administration
• Workday HCM Security
• QA / Testing (Security Testing, UAT, Regression Testing)
• Deep understanding of:
• Workday Security Framework
• Domain & Business Process Security Policies
• Security Groups and access controls
• Proven experience supporting enterprise Workday implementations or AMS engagements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication skills with experience in client-facing roles.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
