Amundsen Davis LLC seeks a litigation associate to join the firm's defense-side Workers’ Compensation team in its Chicago office. Candidate must be licensed in Illinois and have one or more years of experience handling workers’ compensation claims. Prior experience taking depositions and attending court hearings is preferred; trial experience is helpful. Wisconsin experience or bar license is helpful but not required. A solid work ethic, ability to work well on a team, and strong writing skills are required.
The annual base salary range anticipated for this position in Illinois is $85,000 to $105,000 depending upon experience. This salary range excludes available bonus opportunities. A listing of our benefits can be found here: https://www.amundsendavislaw.com/careers-attorneys.
