Workers' Compensation Attorney

We are a growing firm with offices in Encino, Hemet and Palm Desert. We are looking for an attorney who can help manage and run our Hemet office.

We are looking for an attorney who can assist in managing our workers' compensation files and handling our depositions. Your responsibility would be to handle the files from beginning to end (with support staff provided). You must have experience handling workers' compensation files and be able to handle all aspects of the case. Trial experience a plus but not required.

The ability to bring in cases would be a big plus. If you are interested, please provide a resume and your salary expectations.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and a valid license to practice law
• Strong knowledge of workers' compensation law and related regulations
• Excellent writing and legal drafting skills
• Experience in legal administrative tasks and law office operations
• Ability to negotiate effectively and represent clients in workers' compensation cases

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
