Hansford McDaniel LLC, is a growing and prestigious Midtown claimant's workers' compensation law firm. We are seeking a service and results driven workers’ compensation attorney. The ideal candidate should have over 1 year of workers' compensation experience and must be admitted to practice law in Georgia. The attorney will communicate directly with clients, assist with intakes process on an as needed basis, conduct negotiations, draft discovery, take and defend depositions, attend mediations, and hearings. Spanish speaking is a bonus.
