Workflow Automation Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize advanced Google Sheets workflows using Apps Script (JavaScript).
• Integrate communication platforms such as WhatsApp API (or Twilio, WATI, etc.) into existing systems to automate follow-ups and interactions.
• Implement email automation and integration through Gmail API or Google Apps Script.
• Handle integration with systems such as FMS, IMS, and PMS, and develop, maintain, and update dashboards using Google Sheets.
• Build and maintain lightweight CRM or follow-up systems tailored to the organizations needs.
• Troubleshoot and debug automation flows, ensuring data accuracy and process reliability.
• Collaborate with different teams (sales, marketing, operations) to understand process bottlenecks and deliver effective automation solutions.
• Document workflows, APIs, and automation protocols for future maintenance and scalability.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proficient in Google Sheets and Apps Script (JavaScript).
• Hands-on experience with WhatsApp API, Twilio, or WATI.
• Familiar with Gmail API for email automation.
• Understanding of CRM systems and follow-up processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Able to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹850,000.00 per year
