Workforce Assistant Manager - Saudi National
- Support the execution of workforce planning strategies to ensure adequate staffing levels aligned with operational requirements.
- Prepare and maintain staff schedules to balance workforce coverage and labor efficiency.
- Monitor and report on workforce KPIs (attendance, productivity, schedule adherence, etc.) to support performance tracking.
- Analyze staffing and performance data to highlight trends and propose process improvements.
- Assist in training and supporting team members on workforce tools and scheduling best practices.
- Coordinate with IT and relevant departments to maintain and enhance workforce management systems and dashboards.
- Assist in implementing the Division's goals (ABCs and OKRs) and ensure alignment with team level objectives.
- Provide analytical inputs and insights to support planning and decision making.
- Track functional OKRs and operational metrics, flagging potential risks or variances for review.
- Contribute to initiatives that improve forecasting accuracy, schedule optimization, and workforce productivity.
People Management
- Support the Workforce Manager in guiding the team's day to day operations and workload distribution.
- Provide feedback and assistance to junior team members, ensuring clarity on priorities and timelines.
- Participate in knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
- Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members as required.
Budget & Reporting
- Support the monitoring of workforce related budgets, ensuring adherence to cost parameters.
- Prepare regular reports and analysis on staffing costs, productivity, and utilization.
- Recommend data driven actions to optimize labor efficiency and cost control.
Governance & Compliance
- Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Identify and suggest improvements in processes and tools to enhance operational efficiency.
- Promote HS's values and contribute to a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Qualifications / Requirements Knowledge and Experience
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in workforce planning, scheduling, or operations analytics.
- Experience with workforce management systems and data reporting tools preferred.
Education and Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Management, or a related field required.
- Certification in workforce or data analytics tools is an advantage.
