Workforce delivery coordinator/IT support (Onsite)

Job description:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Workforce Delivery Coordinator to manage end-to-end job ticket activities across multiple customer platforms. This role involves sourcing and onboarding Field Engineers (FEs), coordinating service delivery, and ensuring timely and high-quality execution of field jobs. The ideal candidate will have strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Time:6 pm to 3 am
(rotational)

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor, apply, and track job leads across customer platforms

Source, vet, and assign Field Engineers based on job requirements

Oversee job ticket lifecycle from initiation to closure

Act as the main point of contact for clients, engineers, and internal teams

Maintain records, reports, and KPIs on job performance and FE utilization

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Project Management, or related field

Experience in service delivery, field coordination, or workforce management

Familiarity with job ticketing platforms and freelance workforce systems

Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills

Technical knowledge of IT infrastructure and field engineering is a plus

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
