Job Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Working Foreman to lead high-end landscape installations. You’ll be the "boots on the ground" leader, managing a crew while actively participating in the installation of hardscapes, irrigation, and plantings. We need someone who can read a blueprint and turn it into a high-quality finished product.Key Responsibilities
- Crew Leadership: Supervise and work alongside a 2–4 person crew, ensuring safety, efficiency, and high-quality workmanship.
- Hardscape & Masonry: Lead the construction of retaining walls, concrete paver patios, and outdoor fireplaces.
- Grading & Irrigation: Manage site layout, set elevations, perform rough and final grading, and install/troubleshoot full irrigation systems.
- Planting Techniques: Ensure all trees, shrubs, and turf are installed using professional techniques to ensure long-term health.
- Equipment Operation: Proficiently operate skid steers, mini-excavators, and power tools.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3–5+ years in professional landscape installation with previous leadership experience.
- Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of irrigation, drainage, masonry, and planting.
- License: Valid driver’s license with a clean record and experience towing trailers.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform heavy lifting (80+ lbs) and work in all weather conditions.
Preferred Skills (The "Cherry on Top")
- Decks & Pergolas: While not a requirement, knowledge of deck and pergola construction is a significant plus. We value candidates who can assist with or oversee these wood-structure elements if the project calls for it.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
