Job Description

  • Workplace Experience Transformation
  • Coordinate and manage projects that improve the physical, digital, and human aspects of the workplace.
  • Support the development and execution of workplace strategies that enhance usability, ergonomics, collaboration, and employee satisfaction.
  • Align transformation efforts with broader business objectives and employee experience goals.
  • Culture & Engagement
  • Assess current workplace culture across entities and identify areas for improvement.
  • Design and implement initiatives that promote inclusivity, collaboration, and alignment with company values.
  • Organize and oversee team-building activities, recognition programs, and cultural events.
  • Champion wellness and work-life balance programs to support employee wellbeing.
  • Project Management
  • Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of culture and experience-related projects.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
  • Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of initiatives.
  • Implement governance practices including leadership meetings, action tracking, and reporting.
  • Group Synergy & Cultural Alignment
  • Design frameworks to improve cultural synergies across the group and foster a unified organizational identity.
  • Develop and implement group-wide initiatives that reflect shared values and strategic priorities.
  • Facilitate cultural integration between the mother company and its subsidiaries through unified messaging and engagement programs.
  • Internal Communication
  • Support the development and delivery of internal communication strategies that reinforce cultural and transformation goals.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across departments, entities, and geographies.
  • Facilitate open communication channels to encourage feedback and dialogue.
  • Change Management
  • Apply structured change management methodologies to support transformation efforts.
  • Conduct impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to guide engagement strategies.
  • Support leadership in managing change through tailored communication and cultural alignment plans.

Personal Skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire.
  • Creative and innovative mindset for designing impactful engagement programs.
  • Empathy and emotional intelligence to understand and respond to employee needs.

Technical Skills



3–5 years of experience in project coordination, employee engagement, or workplace transformation.
Strong project management skills with experience in cross-functional collaboration.
Familiarity with change management frameworks and employee experience strategies.
Proficiency in digital communication and project management tools.
