Organize and prioritize repair operations according to urgency, with priority given to customer service vehicles.
Verify the quality and specifications of lubricants, petroleum products, and spare parts to ensure compatibility with vehicle models.
Authorize the issuance of spare parts, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and maintaining adequate stock levels for uninterrupted operations.
Monitor the manufacturing dates of petroleum products in storage and confirm they remain within validity periods.
Ensure adherence to proper disassembly and reassembly procedures, maintaining high repair standards.
Conduct final inspections of vehicles prior to delivery to confirm all reported faults have been fully rectified.
Analyze fault causes and distinguish between normal wear-and-tear and issues resulting from improper usage.
Train fleet maintenance technicians on assigned responsibilities and ensure awareness of emergency procedures.
Maintain effective communication and coordination with other departments and team members.
Demonstrate alignment with the company’s strategic objectives and the department head’s vision; attend periodic meetings and contribute improvement suggestions.
Monitor and minimize customer complaints during repair operations, ensuring recurrence of faults is prevented.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
2 to 4 years of experience in a similar position or related roles.
Strong computer proficiency for reporting and preparing presentations, with advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
