Workshop Engineer - Subaru

Job Purpose

Plan, schedule, and supervise workshop maintenance and repair activities to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality service in line with Subaru technical standards and safety procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage the monthly maintenance schedule and ensure timely job completion.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for complex mechanical issues.
• Monitor workshop productivity and analyze recurring technical problems.
• Support budget planning for workshop tools and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards and workshop procedures.
• Conduct quarterly tools inventory and support technician performance reviews.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in automotive workshop or service operations.
• Strong technical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
