Role & Responsibilities

As an Automotive Workshop Supervisor, you will:

• Lead and manage a team of technicians across Service, Diagnosis, Mechanical, and Body Repairs for cars and light vehicles.
• Ensure daily workshop operations are carried out efficiently with a focus on productivity, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee fault diagnosis, inspections, and high-quality repair execution.
• Assign and monitor jobs to technicians, ensuring timely completion.
• Manage spare parts requirements and coordinate with the warehouse team.
• Implement preventive maintenance schedules and monitor compliance.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Mentor, train, and evaluate team members to enhance performance.
• Prepare regular performance and productivity reports.

Candidate Profile

• Age: 30 – 45 years
• Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
• Experience: Minimum 10+ years in a similar capacity within the UAE or other GCC countries
• Strong technical knowledge in automotive systems (mechanical, electrical, bodyshop, diagnostics).
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer-handling abilities.
• Familiarity with workshop management systems (DMS/CRM) preferred.
