Plan and organise the daily activities of the workshop.

  • Oversee and manage end-to-end activities of the Workshop Department, including people management.
  • Guide and support the preparation of costing sheets for import and export items.
  • Provide prompt and professional solutions to customer queries.
  • Offer technical guidance and support to mechanical teams.
  • Identify staff who require ongoing training and implement suitable training programs to enhance their skills.
  • Review customer service orders and inspect the quality of technician repairs before vehicle release.
  • Review work orders to ensure all actions are properly documented in accordance with service workshop policies and procedures.
  • Plan and prepare the department’s annual budget, schedule expenditures, analyze variances, and initiate corrective actions. Closely follow up to achieve budgets and targets.
  • Ensure all service jobs are properly accounted for through the Focus Software System.
  • Carry out succession planning to ensure continuity in key roles.
  • Minimize inventory holding in coordination with the Parts Manager.
  • Support quality activities and initiatives of the company.
  • Perform any other responsibilities as required by management from time to time.
