Workshop Manager

Role Objective

The Workshop Manager is responsible for overseeing all daily operations within the company’s central workshop. This role ensures that all heavy machinery, vehicles, and customized assets are maintained to the highest standards and are fully operational for deployment to various contracting sites. The manager will lead a multidisciplinary team, oversee the dedicated procurement process, and act as the vital link between top management and project teams.

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience (7+ years) in a contracting, construction, or industrial setting or Energy.
  
• Deep technical knowledge of heavy earth-moving equipment and commercial vehicles.
  
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and inventory management principles.
  
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
