Wound Care NP/ PA

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Wound Care Provider to join our team.

This role includes:

• Providing advanced wound care in mobile settings
• Developing individualized treatment plans
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Delivering hands-on procedural wound management

This position is ideal for providers who value autonomy, patient interaction, and structured clinical support.

Schedule

• Full-time, W-2 position
• Monday–Friday
• 10-hour shifts

Applicants must live in or near LA County.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $160,000 – $165,000 annually

Work Setting

This is a mobile position involving travel to:

• Patient homes
• Assisted Living Facilities
• Skilled Nursing Facilities

A dedicated Medical Assistant (MA) will accompany you
The MA will drive using a company vehicle
All driving time is paid

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive wound evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Perform procedures including:
• Debridement
• Dressing applications
• Advanced wound therapies
• Skin grafting
• UltraMIST therapy
• Prescribe medications as appropriate
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Ensure regulatory and compliance standards are met
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams

Minimum Qualifications

• Active NP, PA, or MD license
• DEA License
• Wound Care Certification
• Active NPI Number
• BLS Certification
• Minimum 2 years clinical experience

Pay: $160,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
