Account Manager

Primary Responsibilities:

Responsible for overseeing a contracted temporary staff member assigned to assist physicians during evaluation days, ensuring they are adequately supported and equipped to perform their duties effectively.

Provide guidance and serve as a readily available resource to answer questions, clarify procedures, and assist in verifying that all required documentation submitted during evaluations is accurate, complete, and compliant with established standards.

Assist with real-time troubleshooting during examination sessions by supporting the evaluation assistant and physician in resolving issues as they arise. Proactively address operational or documentation-related concerns to maintain workflow efficiency and minimize disruptions during patient evaluations.

Monitor and verify that all scheduled patients complete the appropriate intake forms preceding the evaluation, ensuring accuracy and completeness of required documentation. Oversee evaluation assistants to confirm that all documents are properly organized, processed, and filed according to departmental protocols and record-keeping procedures.

Maintain accurate attendance records within interdepartmental communication systems to ensure timely updates and coordination between relevant teams. Escalate physician-related concerns or operational issues to (sites department and/or) management when necessary and assist in facilitating timely resolutions in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Support departmental collaboration by assisting with shared workspaces, including managing and organizing inbox communications. Provide administrative support by answering incoming calls on the department line and responding to general text-based inquiries, ensuring all communications are handled promptly, professionally, and in alignment with organizational standards.

Some travel may be required to support any open QME days when evaluation assistants are unavailable.

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
