Job Title: Account Executive – Wound Care & Negative Pressure Therapy Sales
Rotech Healthcare Inc. is seeking driven and experienced Account Executives with a background in wound care or negative pressure wound therapy (NPWT) to join our high-performing sales team. As a national leader in home medical equipment and therapies, we’re expanding our footprint—and we need passionate professionals to help us grow our $600 million business. In this role, you’ll build strong relationships with physicians, wound clinics, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and home health agencies to deliver life-changing solutions that support healing and recovery in the home setting.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless patient onboarding and satisfaction.

Conduct face-to-face sales calls with healthcare providers and referral sources.

Educate clients on product benefits, patient outcomes, and service capabilities.

Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas through strategic territory management.

Promote Rotech’s wound care and NPWT solutions, along with respiratory equipment and services.

Performs other duties as assigned

Required Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or GED equivalent, required
Preferred Education and/or Experience

Four year college degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience

Experience in respiratory or medical sales is preferred

Leadership Experience in other areas or fields

Proven Sales Performer – 2+ years in B2B or healthcare sales preferred however, new college graduates are welcome to apply.
