Wrapping / Chocolate Arranger

To ensure chocolates, confectioneries, and gift items are neatly wrapped, arranged, and presented in an attractive and professional manner that enhances customer appeal and brand image.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wrap chocolates, gift boxes, and hampers according to company standards and customer requirements.
• Arrange chocolates and related products aesthetically for display, events, or special occasions.
• Customize wrapping and decoration for birthdays, weddings, and corporate orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of wrapping and arrangement area.
• Ensure materials (wrapping paper, ribbons, boxes, trays, baskets) are well-stocked and managed.
• Follow hygiene, food safety, and handling guidelines.
• Collaborate with sales/production teams to meet customer orders on time.
• Provide creative ideas for new arrangements and seasonal packaging.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality, consistency, and accuracy.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Prior experience in chocolate wrapping, gift arrangement, or retail presentation
• Good sense of aesthetics, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Manual dexterity and ability to work with delicate items.
• Time management skills to handle bulk orders under deadlines.
• Customer service mindset and positive attitude.

Working Conditions:

• Standing for extended periods while arranging or wrapping.
