Job Description:

Pals Innovations is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Writer, Editor, and Book Formatter to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in writing, editing, and formatting books across various genres. Familiarity with publishing standards (Amazon KDP, IngramSpark, etc.) will be a strong advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Write, proofread, and edit content for books of different genres.
• Format manuscripts professionally for print and digital publication.
• Ensure consistency in tone, grammar, and layout across projects.
• Collaborate with the design team to prepare final book files.
• Manage deadlines and deliver high-quality work under minimal supervision.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in writing, editing, and book formatting.
• Knowledge of formatting tools such as MS Word, Adobe InDesign, or similar.
• Understanding of publishing platforms (Amazon KDP, IngramSpark, etc.) is a plus.
• Excellent command of English grammar and attention to detail.
• Ability to work the night shift (8 PM – 5 AM).
