Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain user interfaces for XM Cloud applications using modern front-end technologies.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement responsive and visually appealing designs.
Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Troubleshoot and debug issues across multiple browsers and devices.
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in front-end development.
Work closely with back-end developers to integrate APIs and other services.
Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
Developing use cases as per user story defined
Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code
Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.
Knowledge of web accessibility standards, able to create component complaint with WCAG guidelines.
Familiar with light house and performance optimisations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a front-end developer, with a strong portfolio of web applications.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
Strong understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
3+ Years experience
React/Next.js developers with experience in Sitecore or any headless Content Management Systems
Experience with modern front-end build pipelines and tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel)
Knowledge of server-side rendering and SSR frameworks (Next.js)
In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
Experience with Vercel is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

Understanding of web accessibility standards and best practices.
Experience with GraphQL and other modern data-fetching techniques.
Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in the developer community.
