Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and responsible Boat / Yacht Captain to oversee the safe operation, navigation, and management of our vessel. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, in-depth maritime knowledge, and a commitment to safety and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate and navigate the boat/yacht in compliance with maritime laws and regulations
• Ensure full adherence to safety standards, emergency procedures, and best maritime practices
• Manage daily vessel operations, including maintenance coordination and voyage planning
• Supervise, lead, and coordinate onboard crew activities
• Conduct safety briefings, inspections, and drills as required
• Maintain accurate voyage logs, records, and compliance documentation
• Ensure the vessel is always seaworthy and well-maintained

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a Boat / Yacht Captain
• Strong knowledge of navigation, safety regulations, and maritime operations
• Ability to manage crew, vessel operations, and onboard safety procedures
• Valid and relevant maritime certifications/licenses
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Willingness to relocate and work in Qatar
