What You’ll Do:

• Generate charter sales and build long-term relationships with a global client base.
• Manage the entire yacht charter process professionally, enthusiastically, and creatively.
• Research and provide curated yacht selections tailored to client preferences.
• Offer expert guidance on cruising destinations, itineraries, and charter contracts.
• Coordinate with charter agencies to secure yacht availability.
• Handle multiple clients and priorities while maintaining impeccable attention to detail.
• Represent Baroque Yachts with a luxury concierge approach to client service.
• Network, negotiate, and manage relationships to generate new leads and grow our client base.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Yacht Charter Broker; superyacht experience is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the worldwide superyacht charter fleet and industry trends.
• Expertise in charter contracts, terms, and conditions.
• Passion for luxury travel and the ability to create personalized, unforgettable experiences.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Leadership qualities, analytical thinking, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Strong knowledge of global destinations and time zones.
