Yardi Software Trainer

About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Yardi Software Trainer to help our property management teams get the most out of Yardi Voyager 8, RENTCafé, CRM, and Maintenance IQ.
This role combines hands-on system expertise with a passion for teaching others. You’ll deliver in-person and virtual training, create easy-to-follow guides, and support staff across multiple properties to ensure Yardi is being used efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead engaging, hands-on training sessions for staff on all Yardi platforms
• Create and maintain clear training materials and documentation for different user roles (leasing, management, accounting, maintenance)
• Provide on-site and remote support during system rollouts, upgrades, and troubleshooting
• Work with IT and Operations to streamline workflows and ensure smooth adoption
• Stay current on Yardi releases, updates, and best practices to continuously improve training programs

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Yardi Voyager 8, RENTCafé, CRM, and Maintenance IQ (required)
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in property management preferred
• Ability to travel throughout Southern California for on-site training sessions
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 per year
