Main Responsibilities:
· Plan, monitor, and report plant expenses, labor, and capital investment budgets.
· Prepare workforce planning for production targets and new product launch phases.
· Coordinate field employee recruitment processes.
· Manage constraints related to workforce, budget, and time within production operations.
· Lead plant efficiency initiatives to improve labor and overhead costs (cost per unit).
· Own and manage the plant scorecard and master schedule.
· Ensure effective utilization of resources; identify and follow up on productivity improvement opportunities.
· Manage the CAPEX approval process and documentation.
· Analyze data to extract actionable insights for decision-making.
· Prepare and deliver presentations and studies in line with senior management’s requests.
Qualifications & Competencies:
· Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
· Strong relationship management skills; emotionally intelligent and collaborative.
· Excellent planning and organizational abilities.
· Strong decision-making, persuasion, and initiative-taking skills.
· Strategic mindset with a focus on profitability and sustainability through financial analysis.
· Visionary and open to innovation.
· Passionate about continuous improvement and lifelong learning.
· Able to approach problems from multiple perspectives.
· Inspires trust and influence within a team environment.
· Strong follow-up and time management skills.
· Delegates tasks effectively when needed.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
· Knowledge of line balancing and lean manufacturing techniques
· Basic financial literacy
· Expertise in problem-solving methodologies (Six Sigma, Design Thinking, etc.)
· Familiarity with Agile methodology
· Experience with MTM (Methods-Time Measurement)
