Youth Case Manager

Family of Woodstock’s Getting Ahead Program (GAP) is hiring a full Time (40 Hours/wk. Monday through Friday) case management position working with Ulster county youth 13 to 20 years old with mental health diagnosis and their families, providing crisis intervention, life skills, and case management services. Position is based in Kingston but serves all of Ulster County. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree and 1 year experience working with adolescents. Experience should include work in the human service field, particularly with youth and families with a mental health diagnosis. Other requirements: reliable, insured and registered transportation; Clean/valid driver’s license; Clearance from the State Central Registry; Clearance from the NYS Justice Center fingerprint/background clearance. Salary: $18.67/hr. with pro-rated agency benefits after 3 month probationary period.
