Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Youth Engagement Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be energetic, motivated, and committed to community service—particularly in the field of education.

Minimum Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree (required)

Key Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu
• Ability to effectively use AI tools to develop high-quality documents, briefs, and presentations
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team toward achieving common goals
• Passion for community service and social work, especially education
• Energetic and enthusiastic personality with the ability to inspire others
• Ability to create a positive and engaging work environment
• Demonstrated leadership and active participation in extracurricular activities and projects
• Organized, systematic, and capable of effective time management and target achievement
• Must have own transport
• Availability in both morning and afternoon shifts (as required)

Employment Type

• Hybrid Model (Work-from-Home + Work-from-Office)
• Full-Time: 8 hours per day
• Part-Time: 4 hours per day
• Positions available for the right candidate
