Overview

We are looking for a YouTube Specialist focused on growing channel performance through strategy, optimization, and content direction.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute YouTube growth strategy
• Analyze channel performance (views, retention, CTR, subscribers)
• Optimize titles, thumbnails, descriptions, and tags
• Identify content opportunities based on trends and audience behavior
• Build and manage a content calendar aligned with growth goals
• Provide direction to editors and creators for performance improvement
• Track and report on key metrics and growth initiatives

Requirements

• Proven experience growing YouTube channels
• Strong understanding of YouTube algorithm and analytics
• Experience with thumbnail strategy and video positioning
• Ability to translate data into actionable content decisions
• Strong strategic thinking
• Experience with YouTube SEO
• Experience managing content teams or editors
• Familiarity with tools like TubeBuddy or VidIQ

Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 15.0 per week
