Position Overview:
We’re seeking a full-time YouTube Script Writer to join our creative team. This role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about storytelling, understands YouTube as a platform, and has a talent for writing scripts that resonate with diverse audiences. You’ll be instrumental in developing content that is clear, engaging, and optimized for video.

Responsibilities:

• Write original, well-structured scripts for YouTube videos across various content genres
• Conduct thorough research on assigned topics to ensure factual accuracy and depth
• Collaborate with producers, editors, and voiceover artists to align scripts with visual and audio elements
• Adapt tone, structure, and style to fit different video types and target audiences
• Revise scripts based on feedback and creative direction
• Keep up-to-date with YouTube trends and audience engagement best practices

Requirements:

• Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style to various content types
• Portfolio or samples of previous writing work, preferably related to video or digital content
• Excellent research and fact-checking abilities
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment
• Organized, self-motivated, and capable of handling multiple projects with tight deadlines
• Familiarity with YouTube culture, creators, and content formats

Education:

• No specific degree required
• Background in creative writing, communications, media studies, journalism, or related fields is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience writing scripts for YouTube or other video platforms
• Basic knowledge of SEO and audience retention strategies
• Ability to write both short-form and long-form content
