Position Overview

We are hiring a YouTube SEO & Growth Specialist to lead our video marketing strategy for international brands.
This role is ideal for a data-driven digital marketer who enjoys optimizing content, testing new ideas, and driving measurable subscriber and watch-time growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute YouTube SEO strategies including titles, descriptions, tags, captions, and thumbnails.
• Use YouTube Analytics, GA4, and tools such as vidIQ or TubeBuddy to boost reach, watch time, and retention.
• Run A/B tests on titles, thumbnails, and CTAs to improve click-through rates.
• Collaborate with editors and designers using Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, or Photoshop.
• Monitor competitors and trends to refine content strategy and publishing cadence.
• Manage community engagement and implement audience interaction strategies to encourage repeat viewership.

Qualifications

Must Have:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in YouTube channel growth, video SEO, or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of YouTube algorithms, metadata, and analytics.
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing, CTR optimization, and retention improvement.
• Collaboration experience with creative teams (editors and designers).
• Willingness to work on-site night shift.

Preferred:

• Experience with GA4, TubeBuddy, vidIQ, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.
• Background in managing international client channels or campaigns.
