YouTube SEO Specialist — Night Shift (Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi) — Base PKR 35k–45k + up to PKR 20k incentives. Own channel growth experiments, thumbnail A/B tests, and metadata optimization for global clients.

ABS International is a 16+ year digital marketing partner — you’ll join a small channel-growth pod working on measurable growth for international channels.

What you’ll do

• Optimize video metadata: titles, descriptions, tags, timestamps, chapters, end screens.
• Run A/B tests for thumbnails, titles & CTAs; measure lift and iterate.
• Bulk-optimize video batches using metadata templates and scripts.
• Use TubeBuddy / vidIQ / YouTube Studio & GA4 to drive keyword research & performance analysis.
• Monitor CTR, watch time, impressions, and subscriber growth; present weekly insights.
• Liaise with editors to improve hooks & thumbnail concepts.

Must-have

• 2+ years hands-on YouTube SEO / channel growth experience with measurable results (portfolio required).
• Comfortable with TubeBuddy or vidIQ and YouTube Studio; GA4 familiarity preferred.
• Able to share measurable wins (e.g., “Increased CTR by 18% in 8 weeks”).
• Strong analytical skills and experiment design knowledge.
• Night-shift availability (6 PM–2 AM). Excellent written & verbal communication.

Nice-to-have

• Familiarity with editor workflows, basic thumbnail design feedback, or experience with batch metadata tools.
