Bluespan is looking for a talented, driven YouTube Developer and Social Media Marketing Expert to own and grow our presence on YouTube and TikTok. This is a full-time, in-person role based in Tucson, AZ for someone who lives and breathes short and long-form video content, understands platform algorithms inside and out, and knows how to turn views into results.

Duties

• Plan, produce, and publish high-quality YouTube and TikTok content end-to-end, from concept to upload
• Develop and execute a social media marketing strategy aligned with Bluespan's brand and business goals
• Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns on YouTube and TikTok, driving measurable ROI
• Grow our channels through deep expertise in SEO, keyword research, metadata, thumbnails, and algorithm best practices
• Analyze performance data and use insights to continuously improve content and campaign results
• Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging content formats-
• Collaborate with the Bluespan team on campaigns, product launches, and community storytelling

Experience

• Proven track record of growing YouTube and/or TikTok channels from the ground up
• Hands-on experience running paid advertising campaigns on YouTube and TikTok Ads Manager
• Strong understanding of YouTube SEO, video optimization, and the TikTok algorithm
• Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g. Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar)-
• Data-driven mindset — comfortable with analytics platforms and making decisions based on metrics
• Creative storyteller with a sharp eye for what makes content stop the scroll
• Self-starter who can manage multiple projects and hit deadlines independently
• Must be based in Tucson, AZ — this is a local, in-person position

Nice to Have

• Experience in telecom, tech, or local service industries
• Graphic design skills for thumbnails and social assets
• Experience with influencer or creator partnerships
