About the Role

We are looking for a fast, creative, and data-aware Thumbnail Designer with 1–3 years of hands-on experience who can design high-CTR thumbnails quickly without compromising quality. You must have a strong portfolio showing your speed-to-output ratio and examples of thumbnails that have contributed to high-view videos.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality, click-worthy thumbnails (fast turnaround without quality loss).
• Create A/B test variations quickly to optimize CTR.
• Follow brand style guides while keeping thumbnails fresh and trend-aware.
• Use analytics and performance data to iterate on designs.
• Work closely with content and SEO teams to align thumbnails with video titles and topics.
• Stay updated with YouTube thumbnail trends, competitor designs, and platform changes.
• Prepare and organize thumbnail files for quick publishing.

Requirements & Skills

• 1–3 years of professional graphic design experience with focus on YouTube thumbnails.
• Portfolio must include thumbnails designed for videos with high view counts (mention views if possible).
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (speed shortcuts, batch processing, smart objects).
• Familiarity with Canva or Figma for quick templating and team collaboration.
• Ability to deliver under tight deadlines – show us your speed without losing creativity.
• Understanding of color psychology, typography, and visual hierarchy for small-scale impact.
• Basic knowledge of YouTube algorithm and how thumbnails affect CTR/watch time.
• Good communication skills – able to take feedback and revise quickly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
