Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and customize ERP applications using Zoho Creator to meet organizational needs across multiple departments.
- Work closely with management and department heads to understand workflows (sales, procurement, inventory, HR, projects, finance) and translate them into automated solutions.
- Take ownership of the full ERP cycle: requirement gathering, system design, development, testing, deployment, and user adoption.
- Integrate Zoho Creator with other Zoho applications (CRM, Books, Inventory, People, Projects) and third-party tools through APIs as required.
- Build dashboards, reports, and automated workflows to give management visibility and control over operations.
- Conduct user training, workshops, and documentation to ensure smooth adoption across teams.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization to keep the ERP efficient and scalable.
- Work as the internal ERP project lead, ensuring timelines are met and the system is implemented successfully.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (2–3 years minimum) in Zoho Creator development and ERP solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Deluge scripting and API integrations.
- Prior experience implementing ERP systems or large-scale business applications.
- Understanding of core business processes: sales, procurement, inventory, HR, finance, and projects.
- Excellent communication and training skills to work with end users and management.
- Ability to lead ERP implementation independently with minimal external guidance.
Preferred:
- Experience with Zoho One ecosystem and cross-app integrations.
- Exposure to multi-country or multi-department ERP setups.
