Zoho Creator ERP Developer & Implementer

Doha, Qatar

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and customize ERP applications using Zoho Creator to meet organizational needs across multiple departments.
  • Work closely with management and department heads to understand workflows (sales, procurement, inventory, HR, projects, finance) and translate them into automated solutions.
  • Take ownership of the full ERP cycle: requirement gathering, system design, development, testing, deployment, and user adoption.
  • Integrate Zoho Creator with other Zoho applications (CRM, Books, Inventory, People, Projects) and third-party tools through APIs as required.
  • Build dashboards, reports, and automated workflows to give management visibility and control over operations.
  • Conduct user training, workshops, and documentation to ensure smooth adoption across teams.
  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization to keep the ERP efficient and scalable.
  • Work as the internal ERP project lead, ensuring timelines are met and the system is implemented successfully.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (2–3 years minimum) in Zoho Creator development and ERP solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Deluge scripting and API integrations.
  • Prior experience implementing ERP systems or large-scale business applications.
  • Understanding of core business processes: sales, procurement, inventory, HR, finance, and projects.
  • Excellent communication and training skills to work with end users and management.
  • Ability to lead ERP implementation independently with minimal external guidance.

Preferred:

  • Experience with Zoho One ecosystem and cross-app integrations.
  • Exposure to multi-country or multi-department ERP setups.

Pay: From QAR3,000.00 per month
