Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Zoho Developer to lead the customisation and integration of Zoho applications across all our operations. The ideal candidate will design and implement CRM workflows, automate communication channels, integrate third-party platforms (Exotel, WATI, Tally, GSuite, Payment Gateway), and support modules for admissions, finance, HR, and vendor management. The role will also involve managing the institution’s core database and assisting the IT Manager with day-to-day operational and technical tasks.

Zoho Ecosystem Integration (Beyond CRM)

• Customize and maintain modules across Zoho Books, Zoho People, Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Creator, and Zoho Flow to streamline finance, HR, marketing, and operations.
• Support marketing automation through Zoho Campaigns and WhatsApp (WATI) integrations.
• Assist in Zoho-Tally sync, GSuite to Zoho migration, and ven

Data Analysis & Cross-Departmental Insights

• Collect, clean, and consolidate data from various departments (Admissions, Academic, Finance, HR, Development, Operations) to build a holistic institutional dataset.
• Design and maintain interactive dashboards and visual reports using Power BI or Zoho Analytics to support decision-making across ISPP.
• Conduct data-driven analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities across all operational areas-not limited to educational workflows.
• Collaborate with team members to translate operational needs into Zoho-based solutions, offering hands-on support and training where needed.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, Zoho Campaign, Zoho Books, Zoho People, Zoho Flow, Zoho Mail
• Experience with Deluge scripting, API integrations, and custom functions
• Familiarity with Exotel, WATI, Tally ERP, and G Suite migration tools

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Clear documentation and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (Admissions, Finance, HR)

Preferred Experience

• 2-4 years in Zoho development, preferably in educational or service institutions
• Prior experience in CRM automation and multi-platform integration

Compensation

Compensation will be 6 to 7 LPA.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
