Zoho Developer - Urgent Hiring

We are looking for a skilled Zoho Developer to design, customize, and implement solutions using the Zoho suite of products (CRM, Creator, Books, Desk, etc.). You will work closely with cross-functional teams to automate business processes, improve workflows, and enhance system integrations using Zoho tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customize and configure Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and other Zoho applications to meet business needs.
• Develop and maintain Deluge (Data Enriched Language for the Universal Grid Environment) scripts.
• Build and deploy custom apps using Zoho Creator.
• Integrate Zoho applications with third-party systems using REST APIs, Webhooks, or Zapier.
• Automate workflows, implement business rules, and create custom reports/dashboards.
• Troubleshoot issues, provide support, and optimize existing Zoho configurations.
• Collaborate with teams across sales, marketing, finance, and operations to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience working with Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and other Zoho One apps.
• Strong understanding of Deluge scripting and Zoho automation.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and webhooks.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Good understanding of business processes (CRM, sales pipelines, workflows).
• Experience in data migration and integration between systems.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Zoho Creator Certified Developer or other relevant Zoho certifications.
• Prior experience with integrations involving tools like QuickBooks, Google Workspace, Slack, etc.
• Knowledge of databases and SQL.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum teams.

• Postman (for API testing)
• Git (for version control, if part of a larger dev team)
• Zapier, Integromat/Make (for integrations)
