Role Summary

The DevOps Engineer will be responsible for managing deployments, automating CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring secure and efficient cloud infrastructure. This role requires strong expertise in AWS, Vercel, and modern DevOps practices to ensure scalable, resilient, and compliant systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes.
• Manage cloud infrastructure and services primarily on AWS and Vercel.
• Automate provisioning, scaling, and monitoring of applications and services.
• Collaborate with developers and QA to ensure smooth releases and continuous delivery.
• Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Ensure compliance with SOC 2 / ISO standards for security, availability, and change management.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize infrastructure for cost and performance.
• Enhance disaster recovery, backup, and failover strategies.
• Responsibilities are not limited to the above and may evolve as per business needs.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 4+ years of professional experience as a DevOps Engineer.
• Strong expertise in AWS cloud services and Vercel deployment.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation).
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch).
• Strong understanding of networking, security, and compliance practices.

• Speed and accuracy of deployments with minimal downtime.
