About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Growth Engineer to join our BD Team D. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills who are eager to grow in business development. While prior experience in handling end-to-end sales is a plus, it is not mandatory—we are open to training the right candidate with excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in driving business growth through lead generation, client engagement, and conversion.
• Support in managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement growth strategies.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure excellent communication at all touchpoints.
• Adapt to flexible working hours, including late-night shifts (beyond 12 AM) from the office.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior sales or business development experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Willingness to learn and grow with training support.
• Male candidate required (due to late-night working hours policy).
