Zoho Project Coordinator

Job Summary

The Zoho Project Coordinator is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering

Zoho-based projects across the organization. This role leads cross-functional teams,

manages stakeholders, and ensures the successful implementation of Zoho

applications aligned with business objectives, timelines, budget, and quality

standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Delivery

 Lead end-to-end Zoho project implementations from initiation to go-live and

post-implementation support

 Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables

 Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets

 Monitor project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement

mitigation strategies

Zoho Application Management

 Oversee implementation of Zoho applications, including Zoho CRM, Zoho

Creator, Zoho Projects, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Books, and Zoho Analytics

 Ensure functional and technical requirements are clearly defined and

approved

 Manage customization, integrations, workflows, and automation in

coordination with development teams

Stakeholder & Team Management

 Act as the primary point of contact for clients, business stakeholders, and

senior management

 Coordinate between functional users, Zoho developers, implementation

partners, and third-party vendors

 Conduct project meetings, steering committee reviews, and status

presentations

 Manage internal project teams and allocate resources effectively

Quality, Testing & Go-Live

 Ensure proper UAT planning, execution, and sign-off

 Oversee data migration, system validation, and deployment activities

 Manage go-live readiness and hypercare support phases

Financial & Commercial Control

 Track project budgets, billing milestones, and cost utilization

 Manage scope changes, change requests, and impact assessments

 Ensure projects are delivered within approved commercial terms

Documentation & Compliance

 Ensure preparation and maintenance of project documentation including

BRDs, FSDs, SOPs, and user manuals

 Enforce project governance, change management, and documentation

standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical & Functional Skills

 Strong understanding of the Zoho ecosystem and ERP/CRM concepts

 Experience managing Zoho-based ERP or CRM implementations

 Familiarity with Deluge customizations and API integrations (management

level)

 Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile / Waterfall /

Hybrid)

Soft Skills

 Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

 Strong planning, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities

 Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities

 Results-driven with strong attention to detail

Experience & Education

 5+ years of experience managing ERP, CRM, or business application projects

 Experience as a Zoho Project Coordinator or with Zoho implementation

partners preferred

 Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

 Zoho Certification(s)

 PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification

 Experience in Manufacturing, Real Estate, Construction, or Professional

Services domains

 Experience in UAE / GCC markets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
