Role: Zonal Manager

Reporting to: Regional Manager
Responsibilities:

Drive the Annual Business plan for Order Booking & Sales for the zone – across different SBUs, across SME /Key large accounts in Industrial products and variety of products that encompass Boilers, Thermic Fluid Heaters, Wastewater Treatment (WTP/WWTP/STP), Chillers, etc

Drive the Market share for given SBUs for the zone and share specific market inputs to achieve the desired outcomes.

Strategic sales planning – Support and implement strategic direction for effective key account management in the zone

Prepare account level rolling sales forecast at monthly and quarterly level.

Deliver the right Revenue mix across SBUs for the zone, leveraging channels – across SME /Key large accounts in Industrial space.

Develop New customers for the zone and grow the share within existing customers in the zone.

SBU wise - Implementation of strategies shared in the ABP, define impact & monitor

Own the ABP numbers and Order Booking for specified zone

Mentor, guide and coach team members and develop capabilities
Job Specifications:
Desired Qualification: BE/BTech
