Zonal Sales Manager

Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for the cosmetics industry?
Mablay Beauty (VINCÉ) is seeking an experienced Zonal Sales Manager for Interior Sindh (Larkana & Sukkur) with a strong background in General Trade, particularly within the Cosmetics, FMCG, and Personal Care sectors.

This role requires results-oriented leadership with a deep understanding of market dynamics, hands-on experience with local and international cosmetic brands, and the ability to build strong distributor and retailer relationships.

Below are the details:

• Set sales targets and create strategic plans to drive sales growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Identify new business opportunities within the zone to expand market presence.
• Build and manage relationships with distributors, retailers, and key partners in the General Trade to grow sales.
• Motivate and develop the team effectively.
• Manage the sales budget, including expenses related to travel, marketing materials, and sales promotions, and optimize resources to maximize ROI.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Business Graduate in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• Proven success in driving sales growth, especially in General Trade.

Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in General Trade sales, preferably in the Cosmetic, FMCG, or Personal Care Products.
• Having a strong connection with the General Trade distribution networks.
