Regional Sales Manager

We are urgently hiring Regional Manager-Sales for one of our clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage regional sales operations to achieve volume, value, and margin targets.
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with overall business goals.
• Manage and coach Area Sales Managers and sales teams for high performance.
• Oversee distributor performance, coverage, and channel effectiveness.
• Coordinate with supply chain and production teams for demand forecasting and stock planning.
• Monitor pricing, discounts, credit controls, and trade compliance.
• Analyze regional market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
• Drive new business development and key account relationships within the region.
• Ensure effective execution of sales policies, SOPs, and reporting standards.
• Prepare regional sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reviews for management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 9-10 years of progressive experience in manufacturing-based sales
• Minimum 2–3 years in a regional or managerial sales role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Regional sales planning & execution
