Zone 2 Project Manager (Site)

The project:

This is an opportunity to be involved in the delivery of major sports stadiums and associated projects in Saudi Arabia. Mace is currently delivering the programme which will require high-calibre and experienced people to lead teams throughout each phase of the project.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Provide strategic oversight of the GC’s site delivery for the assigned stadium zone, ensuring alignment with MoS objectives, safety, quality, and schedule requirements.
• Monitor the CSC’s supervision of construction activities, progress tracking, issue resolution, and interface management.
• Refurbished concrete grandstand retained from existing stadium.
• Strengthening of existing foundation and jacketing columns and beams as required for new capacity requirements.
• Podium entry for middle and upper tier.
• Hospitality suites and lounges.
• Architectural Finishes and fittings.
• Food and beverage facilities.
• Toilets and Spectator Amenities.
• Escalate critical risks, delays, or non-conformances to the PMC PD and the project, and facilitate coordination between the GC, CSC, and other zone managers.
• Maintain high-level reporting, documentation, and communication with the PMC leadership and the project.
• Champion a culture of safety, quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the assigned zone.

You’ll need to have:

• Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/ programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
• Professional qualification (or equivalent).
• Extensive years of experience.
