Job Posting: Human Resources Specialist

About the Company:

We are a leading multi-activity company operating in the Food & Beverage (Restaurants) and Retail (Apparel) sectors. The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices across our various branches and divisions.

Responsibilities:

·      Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to selecting suitable candidates for both F&B and retail sectors.

·      Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.

·      Conduct performance management and provide feedback to employees.

·      Manage payroll and benefits for employees.

·      Maintain accurate and updated employee records in the database.

·      Ensure company compliance with all local labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

·      Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

·      5+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in the F&B or Retail (Apparel) sectors.

·      Strong recruiting skills and a demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies.

·      Demonstrated expertise in training managers and employees.

·      Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills.

·      Attention to detail and good judgment.

·      Proficiency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).

·      Proficiency in using HR Information Systems (HRIS) and MS Office suite.

·      Hands-on experience in using government digital platforms related to human resources affairs.
