المهام والمسؤوليات | Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook various types of biryani including chicken, mutton, vegetable, and seafood biryani.
Control doneness, spice balance, and layering of rice and meat to ensure top quality in flavor and presentation.
Use authentic Indian spices and follow both traditional and modern recipes according to the menu.
Ensure hygiene and food safety in all stages of preparation.
Work closely with kitchen team to fulfill orders during peak hours.
Contribute to biryani recipe development and product improvement.
المتطلبات | Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in biryani preparation at Indian or Asian restaurants.
Proficient in handling spices, Basmati rice, and familiar with “dum” cooking techniques.
Skilled in presenting dishes attractively and according to standards.
Commitment to cleanliness and ability to work under pressure as part of a team.
