Job Title: Sales Manager

Job Objective

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales operations across B2B and B2C segments within the Facilities Management & Services sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in service-based industries and proven expertise in driving revenue growth, managing sales teams, and building long-term client relationships

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for B2B and B2C markets in alignment with company objectives.
  • Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Drive growth of facilities management services, including Cleaning, and Operational Services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and corporate accounts.
  • Oversee pricing, proposals, negotiations, and contract closures.
  • Collaborate closely with operations and marketing teams to ensure service delivery alignment.
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Track sales performance through KPIs and CRM systems and report to senior management.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 8–12 years of experience in Sales, preferably within Facilities Management or Service-based industries.
  • Proven experience in B2B & B2C sales.
  • Strong knowledge of facilities services such as: Cleaning Services and Integrated Facilities Services
  • Demonstrated experience in leading sales teams and managing key accounts.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems.
  • Fluency in Arabic; English proficiency is a strong advantage.
