We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Salesperson to join our Riyadh team for a seasonal Ramadan assignment. This role will drive in-store and field sales during the Ramadan period, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to revenue targets through consultative selling and excellent service. The ideal candidate is proactive, results-driven, and able to represent the company professionally while delivering a seamless customer experience throughout the campaign.

Core Accountabilities:

  • Sales & Customer Engagement:

    • Actively engage with customers to understand needs, recommend suitable products or services, and close sales to achieve or exceed Ramadan sales targets.

    • Provide outstanding customer service, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.

    • Demonstrate product features and benefits clearly, tailoring explanations to customer preferences and seasonal use cases.

  • Territory & Account Management:

    • Manage assigned store or territory accounts in Riyadh, keep customer relationship records up to date, and develop a pipeline of new opportunities during the Ramadan period.

    • Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and existing customers to nurture relationships and drive repeat purchases.

    • Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill orders, manage inventory levels, and ensure timely delivery where applicable.

  • Performance Measurement & Reporting:

    • Meet or exceed individual and team sales KPIs for the seasonal campaign, including revenue, conversion rate, and average transaction value.

    • Log daily sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates in the company CRM or reporting tools.

    • Provide regular updates to sales leadership highlighting wins, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Product & Market Knowledge:

    • Maintain thorough knowledge of product ranges, Ramadan promotions, and the competitive landscape in Riyadh to communicate value effectively.

    • Share customer feedback and market insights to support merchandising, product development, and marketing efforts.

    • Participate in product training and development sessions to continually improve sales skills and product expertise.

  • Compliance & Brand Representation:

    • Follow company policies, pricing guidelines, and legal/regulatory requirements in all sales activities.

    • Represent the brand professionally at all times, maintaining store standards, merchandising presentation, and a customer-first demeanor.

    • Ensure accurate handling of cash, POS transactions, and documentation in line with company procedures.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Experience:

  • 1+ years of sales experience in retail, field sales, or customer-facing roles; experience in Riyadh or similar metropolitan markets is a plus.

  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and point-of-sale terminals is preferred.
