Overview:

We are looking for a Restaurant Assistant Manager to ensure all daily activities run smoothly and efficiently.

Restaurant Assistant Manager responsibilities include ordering kitchen utensils and equipment based on our needs, managing contracts and supervising restaurant staff performance. To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with restaurant operations and have a good understanding of what makes a great customer service.

Responsibilities:

Designation: Assistant Restaurant Manager

• Strong leadership and management abilities, with the capacity to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with staff, customers, and vendors.
• Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Solid problem-solving skills, with the ability to think quickly and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Proficient in using restaurant management software, POS systems, and other relevant computer applications.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial reporting, inventory management, and food quality control.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and adapt to changing schedules and demands.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the restaurant industry.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

OUR EXPECTATIONS FROM THE ROLE:

• Ensure strict adherence to food safety and handling policies.
• Maintain detailed kitchen logs for food safety program compliance.
• Monitor and verify the correctness of appliance and food temperatures using appropriate tools.
• Engage safety devices before operating any kitchen equipment.
• Safely and appropriately use kitchen tools and equipment.
• Ensure personal hygiene is maintained to the highest standards.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
